Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using GOSTREAM ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

GOSTREAM is a media player application that allows users to connect to their own media servers and play media content. The App is a player/client tool only and:

• Does NOT provide, host, store, or distribute any media content
• Does NOT include any built-in channels, streams, or video/audio sources
• Does NOT facilitate or encourage access to copyrighted or illegal content
• Functions as a general-purpose media player, similar to VLC or MX Player

2. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the media servers you connect to and the content you access
• You will only connect to media servers for which you have legal authorization
• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• You will not use the App for any illegal purpose or to access unauthorized content
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

3. No Content Ownership or Control

We do not own, control, host, or have any responsibility for any media content that may be accessed through third-party servers. We make no representations or warranties regarding the legality, quality, or availability of any content on third-party servers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App to access, distribute, or share copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, logos, and trademarks, is the property of GOSTREAM and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Account and Access

• Access to the App may require an activation code or credentials provided by an authorized distributor
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any third-party server you connect to will be available or functional
• The App will be compatible with all devices or media formats

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOSTREAM and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Any content accessed through third-party media servers
• Unauthorized access to your data or account
• Any interruption or cessation of the App's services

9. DMCA and Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. Since GOSTREAM does not host any content, copyright claims should be directed to the respective content providers or server operators. If you believe the App itself infringes on any copyright, please contact us with the relevant details.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
